Jean'ne Shreeve

Jean'ne Shreeve is a leader for women in the sciences. A faculty member at the University of Idaho since 1961, she has also been Head of the Chemistry Department, and Dean of the College of Graduate Studies. She continues her work in chemistry to this day in Renfrew Hall, teaching and researching energetic materials, materials chemistry, and theoretical calculations.

Dr. Shreeve received her BA in Chemistry from the University of Montana in 1953, her Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Minnesota in 1956, her Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Washington in 1961, and her Post Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, England in 1968.
